Directions to the Irish-American Center: (see map) From the east or south, Mass. Pike or Taconic Parkway - Take the Mass. Pike or Taconic Parkway into the NY Thruway. Follow the Thruway west to Exit B-1, I-90. Past toll, follow I-90 west approx. 15 miles, passing downtown Albany to Exit 5, Everett Rd. At light, take a left onto Everett Rd. See Continue... From the west or south, NY Thruway - Take NY Thruway to Exit 24, I-87 & I-90. Past toll, follow I-90 east to Exit 5, Everett Rd. At light, take a right onto Everett Rd. See Continue... From the north, Northway - Take the Northway, I-87, south to Exit 1-E, I-90 east. Follow I-90 east to Exit 5, Everett Rd. At light, take a right onto Everett Rd. See Continue... Continue... At the end of Everett Rd., take left onto Central Ave. (Rt. 5). Follow Central Ave. approx. 1 mile. Take right onto Ontario St. (one-way street, with Central Veterinary Hospital on the corner and McDonald's across the street.) Continue on Ontario St. past Washington, Western and Madison Aves. for approximately 0.8 miles. The Irish-American Center is on the right just past the Playdium Bowling Center. Turn right on Mercer St., parking lot is in rear of building. To Return to Central Ave - From parking lot, take right onto Mercer St. Take right onto Partridge St. (one-way street) and continue past Madison, Western and Washington Aves. to Central Ave. Local Directions - Ontario St. (one-way street) may be reached from the north by Central, Washington, Western and Madison Avenues. From New Scotland Ave., take Quail St. and turn left onto Mercer St. to the Irish-American Center.
