I had found a nice little park. (Incidentally, this side street was Minna Street. :)
The park really was quite nice. It was like a blending of water and plant life:
Some of the water was moving ( :) )---really cool fountain:
I thought that this next picture was great. I loved this old style church, surrounded by ultra-modern skyscrapers. . . . Churches RULE!!
I think this next picture is FANTASTIC. Any comment(s) I could make, would only detract, I believe:
AGU: 13,742 nerds* can't be wrong! :)
*---I pulled this number out of my butt. It is only (at best) approximate. I tried getting an exact number out of AGU--but they are about the most useless, apathetic, PATHETIC peeps (creeps?) I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, 'n stuff. :P
I noticed something . . . interesting (for lack of something better to call it) as I left the convention center, this time. A homeless person had defecated on the sidewalk, across the street. This was sort of on the way to the majority of the nicer hotels, so no small number of scientists (some of them wearing shoes worth--quite literally--thousands of dollars) were tracking through it. I thought about taking a picture of it---however, if you want pictures of poop--YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO GO TO SOMEONE'S ELSE'S page, me' china. :P :P :P :P (!!!!)
A "Tale of Two Cities," indeed. . . .
On to some final pictures of San Francisco, 'n stuff. I don't know about you---but I'm more than ready to be done with San Fran. :P :P
