9/3/05 At least SOMEONE is thinking about tomorrow.  (For some reason, seeing this sign really comforted me, 'n stuff.  (-??))

9/4/05 "Snow for me, and snow for you. . . ." Just why anyone would want to have this license plate baffles me, but. . . .

      9/4/05 A BIG bear in a tub.  -One sees a lotta' . . . odd things . . . "up here. . . ."

      :)

      9/5/05 Georgous fall colors. -It's been over a 2 years---between the time I'd taken this picture . . . and when I managed to get it "set to html." I honestly can't remember just where this was [taken], 'n stuff. . . .  (And 2 1/2 years---before I was able to "proofread" it.  (!!) :P :P )

I think "they" get the picture, John.  -I think you can stop mentioning just how far---you are behind with your webpages, 'n stuff.  :P :) ;) ;)

Wow. -On the "final proofread" (4/15/08 Tuesday---"tax day" -AHHHH!! :) ;) ), I actually remembered: This was taken just to the east of the GI, facing north.  (. . .)

9/5/05 It took me a while to realize/remember just why I had taken the following two pictures.  Look closely---and one can just see "The Japan Hills"--and only The Japan Hills--lit up.

9/6/05 Another shot of this--from in front on the Natural Sciences Facility.

Hmm. -The dates don't seem to match.  (????) Was this on another day??!!

9/8/05 AWESOME fall foliage--from the window by my office (on the seventh floor of the GI).  (Geophysical Institute)

On to more Alaska pics.
