Here are some pictures taken by a one Dennis Henize--from when he was staying in Deadhorse, Alaska.  (I believe we had Kp 5, that night. . . .) Auroral photography is no trivial matter---I never came even all that close to being able to do it.  That, among other things, is what makes these pictures so amazing: They were taken by a self-acclaimed amateur.
