True arctic tundra.



   Bluffs (with snow.)



   I didn't know this picture had been taken, until I got to see them developed.  I imagine I am either thinking how close I just came to stepping on some caribou droppings--or contemplating the fact that Jack London never got this far [north].



   Two attempts to capture "sparkles" off of an arctic lake--neither one of these does the scene credit.  It was earthshatteringly beautiful.
