For over thirty years, now (wait—more like forty)—I have been trying to track down a toy store, I saw–once–as a child.

I was fully prepared, for the possibility—that I might NEVER find it, 'n stuff.  –And that this might nag, at the back of mind . . . forever.  (. . . .)

Well, on 4/3/14 Tuesday–at a little after 11–I typed into a 'Web browser:

"toy store shaped like castle"

Well, two results came up. . . .

      answers.yahoo.com

      en.wikipedia.org

      My God—that's IT!!

Then I started to attempt to track down it's location. . . .  Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania? –That might be it . . . but I seem to remember it being just over the border, into Ohio. . . .

Then, I started to look, at the pictures of former stores. . . .

      Against ANY odds—I found. . . .

      THANK YOU, Duke Nukeum!!

       . . . in Youngstown, Ohio. . . .

(Again, thanks to the Internet—)I even have an address:

461 Boardman Canfield Rd Youngstown, OH 44512

      Now that I think about it . . . I can just seem to remember—it was Youngstown. . . .

Sometimes, I SERIOUSLY wonder—if the events of my life, are DIVINELY influenced.  I mean, there were 182 stores. . . .  –What are the odds—that one of two of those pics, should be the store, I'm looking for. . . .

      ?? (!!)

      I remember. . . .  There were these bubble gum "machines"—we (my brother and I) wanted them. . . .  For over a decade (well—maybe two ( :) ;) )), I imagined finding the place, going back, and getting one. . . .

Ah, the Joys of childhood—all before the reality of type II diabetes. . . .

      :P ;)
