This next one was actually pretty cool.  They had all these dinosaurs in a sandbox---meant--as nearly as I could tell--for distracting impatient children.  :) -Shown is Laura, holding up one of the larger dino-dudes.  I thought that this was really cool---like, an attempt to make at least one airport not the so awfully terrible places that they actually are in the "post 911 era," 'n stuff.

      "How much is that doggie--in the window?" :) -Just another "Alaskan sight"---a doggie sticking his head out the window while waiting for its master to come out of Blockbuster Video.  :) (-Yes, they have those "up here." :) -In fact, Fairbanks has two. . . .)
